In a remarkable collaboration with the Ministry of Small and Medium Enterprise Development, CNC360 Consulting Limited successfully hosted the Central Province MSMEs and Cooperatives Capacity Building Training Programme, a landmark event held from 17th to 20th June 2025 at the prestigious ZAF Kabwe Banquet Hall.
Held under the transformative theme “Building Effective Partnerships for Local SMEs and Cooperatives Continuous Growth,” this four-day initiative brought together visionary entrepreneurs, cooperative leaders, financial institutions, and policy-makers for a dynamic series of exhibitions and workshops aimed at unlocking sustainable growth for Zambian businesses.
🎯 Exhibition Day – A Celebration of Innovation and Resilience
On 17th June 2025, the programme kicked off with a free-entry exhibition, which featured an inspiring showcase of products and services from local SMEs and cooperatives. Attendees witnessed first-hand the entrepreneurial spirit driving economic empowerment in the province. The exhibition fostered valuable networking opportunities, strategic partnerships, and brand exposure for emerging and established enterprises alike.
📚 Capacity Building Workshop – Driving Knowledge and Growth
From 18th to 20th June 2025, the focus shifted to intensive training workshops. For a modest registration fee of K200, participants gained access to high-impact sessions facilitated by industry experts, government representatives, and financial sector players. Topics included financial literacy, market access, digital transformation, formalization, and cooperative management.
The training empowered over 500 MSMEs and cooperative members, equipping them with the tools and insights needed to scale sustainably in today’s competitive market landscape.
