This is done through incubation, acceleration, training, mentoring, coaching, business skills development, and Technical Assistance, which includes: Access to Finance, Market Linkages, Access to information and Technology. The goal is to enable entrepreneurs and
SMEs to positively contribute to the socio-economic development of the communities they operate in and Zambia at large through job and wealth creation.
The promoters of CNC360 Consulting Limited understand the SME Ecosystem and capacity needs of entrepreneurs and SMEs for business development in Zambia. This understanding comes from the technical knowledge and practical work experience of the industrial and academic expertise of the promoters of CNC360 Consulting Limited. Their combined experience spans decades and different sectors including agribusiness, manufacturing, tourism, water and sanitation, education, health, and cross cutting issues of gender in youth and women and climate change.

Driven by a self-sustaining and collaborative model, CNC360 Consulting Limited endeavors to be an active player in building a robust SME ecosystem which will in turn delivers value for all stakeholders in the Ecosystem including the Government of the Republic of Zambia.
CNC360 Consulting Limited builds on existing knowledge about SMEs and experiences in Zambia to create value propositions which impact on their business growth in the localities they operate from. We innovatively design and develop capacity building interventions and trainings that are sustainable and place the entrepreneurs and their SMEs at the Centre. Our 360 approach to capacity building informs the design of interventions and is supported by evidence gathered from market research, feasibility studies, industry assessments, value chain analyses and due diligence. Thus, our Capacity Building interventions are tailor made and are preceded by thorough needs assessments of individual SMEs to meet their learning needs and requirements for their sustainable business growth.
Beyond SME capacity building solutions CNC Consulting Limited assumes a participatory approach of working with its clients and the first point of entry in the process of undertaking needs assessment of individual SMEs then working together to co develop interventions that speak to the individual SME vision and mission and strategic goals of their business. The results of the needs assessment are then used to co-develop capacity building interventions and technical assistance to address the gaps. Follow up actions are then designed to monitor and evaluate progress towards the set goals of the capacity building intervention(s).
